In Feb 2017 the drill team, Pat and RT, came out to drill a new well for us on our property. They were very professional and answered all questions in detail. They were recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. Would recommend the Drill Team.
Unfortunately, our well failed last week. Called Drill Tech and Tyler was on site within an hour to troubleshoot. As expected, our 20 year old pump finally gave up the ghost. Tyler was back the next day as promised with everything required to get the job done right the first time. We had our water back before dinner with better pressure and flow rate than ever. Upon successful job completion, Kyla provided us with a fair and accurate detailed invoice. We could not be happier with the outstanding service we received and would highly recommend Drill Tech to our friends and neighbors! Thanks Drill Tech Team!

I had an incredible experience with Drilltech. I had them drill my well in Happy Jack and it went so smoothly. From the initial start with Kim Horne to the guys, BJ, Nate, Austin and Ivan drilling the actual well, this was so well done. We hit water at 660’ in less than two days. We live in Dewey. My mother and I both live here both just recently me 7 years my mom 5 years. We used all local contractors and both are super happy with every. Except we chose Dewey pump for our booster water pumps. I have never left a review in my life but there are a lot of people moving here and everyone needs water that's reliable. Long story short between both of us we have gone through 6 lumps between us in 7 years. Drill came out to both of our houses and completely redid our water pump systems.Drill Tech is awesome. Nobody is telling to make a review but if your moving up here do your homework. The guys at Drill Tech know what there doing. Don't waste literally thousands of dollars with a company that won't even stand behind their warranty

Thank you Craig, Jimmy, and your team. Our well was down and we had no idea why. I was able to get the team out, come to find out we had to replace all of our tubing, pump, control box, pressure tanks, cables, you name it. They gave us a more than fair price and were very patient with all our questions. They ran into problems and took care of it without raising out price that was quoted to us. They are a hard working and honest crew and willing to teach us so we can take care of the simple repairs ourselves. I want to thank them for all their hard work in getting us up and running again!
Drill Tech was there immediately when we really needed them to check out and replace the controller a couple years ago. So when our well collapsed, we called them back. They were straight up about their schedule, as they were doing a large, new development. Worth the wait, they were responsive to calls and emails during the time we were hauling water. Kim has been patient and pleasant, despite what I am sure is frustrating when rigs break or other delays happen. The workers that came out to the property were all pleasant, considerate, and kept us informed. My only suggestion for improving service would be more proactive communication from the office. Our well is in. Yay! (Now for the pump install).

The people at Drill Tech are awesome. We woke up Sunday morning without any water. I talked with Sandy and she put me in touch with Tyler. Tyler came by Sunday and was not able to get the pump working , but had a good idea on what needed to be done. He was back out first thing Monday morning with his helper and very shortly had the well going again. Tyler was great to work with and a great attitude! A big shout out to Drill Tech for their prompt response!! We are smiling, especially my wife! We can shower again.
They drill wells and install pumps and equipment. They keep very busy and are not always available when needed.
Amazing customer service! Jimmy went above and beyond helping us figure out why our new well was malfunctioning. They even came out a second time and gave us their best solution. You will want to do business with these guys.

I called in a panic because we suddenly had no water in the house we just moved into and my husband was out of town leaving my son and I literally high and dry , I explained everything that occurred leading up to the problem to the very nice woman who answered the phone and she was able to get a technician on the phone who also listened to the problem and stayed on the phone with me to trouble shoot a few things and asked me lots of questions to make sure he understood. He was able to walk me thru a solution and saved the day!! I’m so thankful to them for their willingness to help.
Drill Tech was recommended to me for my new home in Prescott Valley as a good company to consider for installing a well fo rmy new home. Hiring a company to install a well was a first time experience for me and I really didn't have the insight I do now after the experience. Drill Tech is a very professional and caring organization that will go out of there way to help you understand all aspects of installing a well. From the front office to the on-site crews and their leadership, every step of the way has been rewarding. From the beginning of my home build, the builder I used provided zero assistance when it came to well installation. Drill Tech made up the difference. Once I connected with Drill Tech, they took the time to explain every detail and facet involved with a complete well installation. Their site crews were hard working and very careful and conscience when on property to leave the property the way they found it. Drill techs front office staff are very pleasant, professional, always ready to help in anyway they can and super easy to talk with. The leadership is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make everything is perfect for you as the customer. My well installation was a challenge from the start. The ground water was high in iron content and the well collapsed causing the need for iron casing. Fast forward; the iron issue continued and Drill Tech came back out and used a special process to remove the iron casing and install PVC casing that resolved the issue. They were very quick about this and the result is great water to my new home. I am very grateful for Garth, Nick, Kim, Jack and the other hard working people I have forgot the names in the field that support the Drill Tech name, professionalism and customer care. They are a stand-up organization with staff that really puts the customer needs as the top priority.
I highly recommend Drill Tech as a team of professionals who treated me like family and did an excellent job, maintained their schedule, and charged less than the quoted estimate!Basically they overdelivered and undercharged…very rare these days! Kim, Donna, RT, Garth, Joey, Chris and Kyla were among those who participated in our success story. Kim, Donna and RT dealt with my questions patiently for two years. From my first encounter when my home warranty company sent Drill Tech to resolve a problem, and they replaced the part in ten minutes, declining my copay ….to the drilling of a new well…. my experience has been stellar! I did my homework and called seven local drillers but had difficulty getting a written estimate. Ultimately Drill Tech is the only one who provided this. Finally Valley Pump endorsed Drill Tech as a great company and said I should just go ahead with confidence. This company did an amazing job getting solar put on our well it took a little while because equipment is hard to get but the guys were keeping me updated and after 30 days we are all done from start to finish which is not bad at all. We got a new pump, new motor, batteries for the solar panels, & inverter..... Great job thanks Craig, jimmy & crew ! Amazing job. It was even a little bit cheaper than my estimate because they figured out something that I didn't need. 💜

From day 1 they were honest about cost, depth and odds of finding water. Even with my builder causing me delays their quote stayed the same. I didn't understand how my equipment worked and a employee followed me to my property and showed me how it worked.

The Drill tech repair crew arrived at my home just a few hours after I called. They quickly determined what was wrong with my well (a failure of the Pitless Adapter) and worked tirelessly to remove and replace that failed part and get my well back to normal operation.

Thank you to Drill-Tech for your services. They drilled a brand new well a few years ago for us and installed a new pump, water lines, etc. When the pump went out a year later, it was 100% covered under warranty and the replaced it for free. This last weekend we had a steel pipe failure at the well head where it had quickly corroded. A really nice guy named Luke came out and replaced the pipe right away. I got a bill in the mail. Under the assumption it was covered since they had installed it and it shouldn't have corroded that quick, I took the bill down to the office, told my side, and a gentleman named Nick took care of the bill. I am very happy and would recommend 100%
